Pick up your passport card and a Y T-shirt from the Wellness Desk at the Johnstown Y starting June 1. Complete the tasks on the card. Choose a small prize for every 5 completed tasks. When you complete all tasks on the card, turn it in for entry into the grand prize raffle. No limit on how many cards you can complete. This year's prizes include items donated by Scheel's, Dominic Pizza, The Human Bean, Metropolitan Theaters, UNC Sports, and more!
