The Y is your headquarters for all things swimming! With pools, splash pads and aquatics facilities and programs throughout Northern Colorado, the YMCA plays a key role in providing water sports and fitness, swim instruction and water safety in our communities. Not only is water play and movement a fun way to spend time and connect with family and friends, children build confidence and skill in the water. Our swim lessons and water safety programs are vital offerings that save lives each and every day. The Y also offers programs to help children and teens take their swim skills to the next level.

But rest assured, our aquatics programs are not just for kids. From our warm water pool in Boulder to our Masters swim programs to our numerous water fitness classes, people of all ages can enjoy time in the pool. Just dive in!
